The firewall test requests the page with each crawler's user agent from our server and compares the answer with a normal browser. A firewall that checks crawlers' published IP addresses may treat the real crawler differently.

Search engine optimisation checks

SEO

Page Title

Title: "VOCKET | Portal Berita, Hiburan, Teknologi, Fesyen & Kreativiti" (63 chars). Too long, may be truncated in search results. Aim for 50-60 characters.

Recommendation: Write a unique, descriptive <title> tag (50-60 characters) that includes your main keyword.
SEO

Meta Description

Description (107 chars). Too short. Aim for 140-160 characters for full SERP visibility.

Recommendation: Write a compelling meta description (140-160 characters) that summarises the page and includes your target keyword.
SEO

H1 Heading

No H1 heading found. Every page should have exactly one H1 for SEO.

Recommendation: Add one H1 tag that describes the main topic of the page.
SEO

Image Alt Attributes

4 of 27 images are missing alt attributes.

Recommendation: Add descriptive alt text to all images. This improves accessibility and helps Google understand your images.
SEO

Canonical URL

Canonical tag found. This helps prevent duplicate content issues in search engines.

SEO

Robots Noindex Check

No noindex directive found, so your page is eligible for Google indexing.

SEO

URL Length

URL is 21 characters. Good. Short URLs are easier to share and rank better in search.

SEO

Content Length

2003 words detected. Good content length, enough for search engines to understand and rank the page.

SEO

Schema.org Structured Data

Valid structured data eligible for: Organization logo and knowledge panel details and Site name in search results. Types found: Place, Organization, WebSite and CollectionPage.

SEO

Hreflang Tags

No hreflang tags found. If your site targets multiple languages or regions, add hreflang tags to avoid duplicate content issues across locales.

SEO

Noindex Header Test

No noindex directive in HTTP headers (X-Robots-Tag). The server is not blocking indexing via response headers.

SEO

Robots.txt

robots.txt file found with valid directives. This file controls which parts of your site search engines can crawl.

SEO

Blocked by Robots.txt

This page is NOT blocked by robots.txt. Search engines are free to crawl and index it.

SEO

XML Sitemap

XML sitemap found at /sitemap_index.xml. Consider referencing it in your robots.txt for better discovery.

Recommendation: Add Sitemap: https://thevocket.com/sitemap_index.xml to your robots.txt so search engines can find it.
SEO

WWW Redirect Consistency

Both www and non-www versions resolve. www.thevocket.com correctly redirects to thevocket.com.

AI Readiness

How AI search engines and assistants can read and cite this page

AI Readiness

AI Search Crawler Access

robots.txt lets the AI search and answer crawlers (ChatGPT search, Claude, Perplexity, Google AI Overviews, Bing Copilot) read this page. Training crawlers blocked: 0 of 8. Blocking training is a business choice and does not affect AI search.

AI Readiness

AI Crawler Firewall Test

Testing whether your firewall lets AI crawlers in…

AI Readiness

AI Usage Preferences

Content Signals declared in robots.txt: search=yes, ai-input=yes, ai-train=no. These lines state whether content may be used for search, AI answers (ai-input) and AI training (ai-train). Cloudflare's Content Signals is in use today; the IETF AI Preferences standard is still a draft, so treat both as statements of intent that crawlers may ignore.

AI Readiness

Snippet Controls

No snippet restrictions. The page can be quoted in search results and cited in AI Overviews.

AI Readiness

llms.txt

No /llms.txt. It is optional: Google says its search and AI features do not use it, and server logs show the big AI crawlers rarely fetch it. It does help AI coding assistants and documentation tools, and Lighthouse 13.3 now audits it.

Recommendation: Optional. If you add one, start with # Company Name, a one-line > summary, then sections of Markdown links to your key pages. See llmstxt.org.
AI Readiness

Content Without JavaScript

2003 words are present in the HTML itself, so crawlers that do not run JavaScript still see your content.

AI Readiness

Answer-Ready Structure

3 of 6 signals that make a page easy to quote and attribute. Present: lists or tables, an about or author link and 4 sameAs profile links. Missing: a heading order without skipped levels (3 skips found), question-style headings and a visible publish or update date.

Recommendation: Use clear H2 sections that each answer one question, put key facts in short lists or tables, show a last-updated date, link an about or author page, and list your social and directory profiles in Organization sameAs.
AI Readiness

WebMCP Agent Tools

No WebMCP tools. WebMCP is an experimental Chrome API that lets a page offer actions (search, book, add to cart) to AI agents in the browser. Lighthouse 13.3 has started auditing it. Worth watching, not yet worth building for most sites.

Security

Security and safety checks

Security

HTTPS / SSL Certificate

Your site uses HTTPS, which is good for security and Google rankings.

Security

Security Headers

2 of 4 core headers set: HSTS, X-Content-Type-Options. Missing: Content-Security-Policy, Clickjacking protection. Recommended extras not set: Cross-Origin-Opener-Policy, Cross-Origin-Resource-Policy.

Recommendation: Add the missing headers, for example X-Content-Type-Options: nosniff, Content-Security-Policy: frame-ancestors 'self' (replaces X-Frame-Options) and Strict-Transport-Security: max-age=31536000; includeSubDomains.
Security

Content-Security-Policy

No Content-Security-Policy. A CSP is the main browser defence against injected scripts (XSS), card-skimming code and malicious redirects.

Recommendation: Start with a report-only policy such as default-src 'self'; script-src 'self' 'nonce-RANDOM'; object-src 'none'; base-uri 'self'; frame-ancestors 'self', fix what it reports, then enforce it. Use nonces or hashes instead of 'unsafe-inline'.
Security

HSTS Policy

HSTS is set for 365 days, including subdomains.

Security

Server Technology Exposure

No server technology or version information is leaked in HTTP headers.

Security

Permissions-Policy

No Permissions-Policy header. Third-party scripts could access browser features like camera, microphone, or geolocation without restriction.

Recommendation: Add a Permissions-Policy header to restrict browser features, e.g.: Permissions-Policy: camera=(), microphone=(), geolocation=()
Security

Referrer-Policy

No Referrer-Policy set. The browser will send the full URL as referrer to third-party sites, potentially leaking private URLs or query strings.

Recommendation: Add Referrer-Policy: strict-origin-when-cross-origin to your server config. This is the recommended balance between privacy and analytics functionality.

Accessibility

Basics that screen readers and keyboard users depend on

Accessibility

Page Language

The page declares its language (lang="ms"), so screen readers use the right voice and search engines and AI tools detect the language reliably.

Accessibility

Form Labels

2 of 2 form fields have no label (2 rely on placeholder text, which disappears while typing). Screen reader users cannot tell what to enter.

Recommendation: Give each field a <label for="id">, or an aria-label when a visible label does not fit the design.
Accessibility

Link Names

2 link(s) have no text or accessible name, typically icon-only social or menu links. Screen readers announce them as just "link".

Recommendation: Add aria-label="Facebook" (or visually hidden text) to icon-only links.

Trust & Legal

Pages and details visitors and regulators look for

Trust

Privacy Policy

No privacy policy link found. Any site with a contact form, analytics or ads collects personal data and needs one (PDPA in Malaysia, GDPR in Europe).

Recommendation: Publish a privacy notice and link it in the footer of every page.
Trust

Terms of Use

Terms and conditions are linked.

Trust

Contact Details

Found: phone number and address or contact page. Missing: email address. Visible contact details are a trust signal for visitors, Google's quality raters and AI assistants answering "is this business legitimate?".

Trust

Copyright Year

No copyright year found (it may be added by JavaScript).

Trust

Cookie Consent

Tracking found (Meta Pixel) but no consent banner. Malaysian PDPA does not require a cookie banner, but GDPR and the UK rules do for EU and UK visitors. Fonts load from Google's servers, which shares visitor IP addresses with Google; self-hosting them avoids this under GDPR.

Recommendation: If you have visitors from the EU or UK, add a consent banner that blocks tracking until consent and passes Consent Mode v2 signals to Google tags.

Website Scan FAQ

Common questions about our free website scanning tool.

Over 60 checks in six areas, each with its own score. SEO: title, description, headings, canonical, robots.txt, sitemap, hreflang and Schema.org markup validated against Google’s rich result rules. AI readiness: which AI search and training crawlers robots.txt allows, a live firewall test with AI crawler user agents, snippet controls that decide whether Google can cite you in AI Overviews, content that needs JavaScript, answer-ready page structure, llms.txt quality, Content Signals and WebMCP. Security: HTTPS, security headers, Content-Security-Policy and HSTS quality, exposed files such as .env, .git and backups, security.txt, cookies, mixed content, malware patterns, Safe Browsing, VirusTotal, certificate expiry and renewal, TLS versions and post-quantum key exchange. Email & DNS: SPF, DMARC, DKIM, CAA, MTA-STS and BIMI. Performance: response time, compression, caching, HTTP/2 and HTTP/3, image sizing, third-party scripts and PageSpeed Insights with real-visitor Core Web Vitals. Trust & access: privacy policy, terms, contact details, cookie consent, page language, form labels and link names. WordPress and Joomla sites also get a deep audit of versions, plugins, known CVEs and exposed endpoints.
AI readiness is how well ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, Google AI Overviews and Copilot can read and cite your site. We check that robots.txt lets their search crawlers in, test whether your firewall blocks them in practice, look for nosnippet settings that stop Google quoting you, measure how much text is visible without JavaScript (most AI crawlers do not run it), and score the page structure answer engines quote from. Blocking AI training crawlers such as GPTBot is a business choice and does not remove you from AI search. Google says no special AI file or markup is needed, so llms.txt counts for little in the score.
Since 2024 Gmail and Yahoo, and since May 2025 Outlook, reject or spam-folder mail from domains without SPF, DKIM and DMARC. Without DMARC at quarantine or reject, anyone can send email that looks like it comes from your domain, which is how invoice and payment scams work. The scan reads your public DNS records, so it works even if your website and email are hosted in different places.
It checks what customers and regulators expect from a site in your industry: seller details for online shops, risk warnings and licence numbers for brokers, opening hours and maps for local businesses, agent registration numbers for property sites, and accreditation for schools. For Malaysian sites it includes the PDPA requirement for a privacy notice in Bahasa Melayu and English and the seller disclosures in the Consumer Protection (Electronic Trade Transactions) Regulations 2024. It has its own score and does not change the overall score. It describes what the page shows and is not legal advice.
Yes. Under any report, choose Weekly monitoring and confirm by email: we rescan every week and email you only when the score or a check changes, with a one-click unsubscribe in every message. Choose Compare with a competitor to see two sites side by side, check by check. You can also copy a link to the report or save it as a PDF.
Yes, completely free with no signup required. Enter your URL, hit Scan Now, and get your results in seconds. No email, no credit card, no strings attached.
Most free scanners only check basic SEO or performance. Ours goes deeper, especially for WordPress sites. We probe actual endpoints like xmlrpc.php and wp-cron.php, check for exposed error logs and backup files, detect information leakage signals, and cross-reference your plugins and themes against the WPScan vulnerability database. We also check cookie security attributes, mixed content, and outdated JavaScript libraries that could expose your users to attacks.
The scan provides a reliable snapshot of your website’s fundamentals, checked against current Google, OWASP and email provider guidance. It looks at the page you enter, so inner pages (products, posts) can differ. Some checks have limits we state in the report: DKIM can only be found for common selector names, and the AI crawler firewall test runs from our server rather than the crawlers’ own addresses. For a deeper audit covering database queries and server-level issues, contact us for a full audit.
Aim for 80 or above. A score of 80–100 means your fundamentals are solid. Below 50 means there are critical issues hurting your SEO and user experience that should be fixed urgently.
For WordPress sites, we run a dedicated security audit on top of the standard checks. This includes: whether wp-login.php is exposed, if xmlrpc.php is accessible (a common attack vector for brute-force and DDoS amplification), whether wp-cron.php can be triggered publicly, if author enumeration is possible via ?author=1, whether sensitive files like readme.html, license.txt, debug.log, PHP error logs, and backup config files are publicly accessible, directory listing status on core WordPress folders, information leakage signals like generator meta tags and RSD/WLW manifest links, and known security vulnerabilities in your WordPress version, theme, and plugins via the WPScan database.
If the scan finds any of these, fix them immediately: exposed debug.log or error_log files (they can contain passwords and API keys), publicly accessible wp-config.php backups or .env files (contain database credentials), xmlrpc.php accessible (enables brute-force attacks at scale), and known CVEs in your plugins or theme. After that, address author enumeration, wp-cron.php exposure, and information leakage signals.
Absolutely. We specialise in WordPress optimisation, server hardening, and technical SEO. Most fixes can be completed within 48 hours. WhatsApp us with your scan results and we will give you a free quote.
It works for any publicly accessible website, whether WordPress, Shopify, Wix, custom-built, or any other platform. The URL must start with http:// or https:// and be reachable from our servers. The deep WordPress audit only runs when WordPress is detected.
No. The scan makes a small number of lightweight requests to your website, similar to normal visitors loading your page. For WordPress sites, additional HEAD requests are made to probe specific endpoints. These are read-only and cause no meaningful load.
We recommend scanning after every major update, such as plugin updates, theme changes, hosting migrations, or content overhauls. A monthly check is a good habit to catch newly disclosed CVEs, configuration drift, and any files that may have been accidentally exposed.

  • HSTS preload status: provided by hstspreload.org.
  • AI crawler and structured data checks: crawler rules follow each vendor's published robots.txt tokens. The firewall test sends requests with those crawlers' user agents from our own server. Structured data rules follow Google's Search Gallery as reviewed in October 2026.
  • Industry and legal signals: references to the PDPA 2010, the Consumer Protection (Electronic Trade Transactions) Regulations 2024 and agent registration rules describe what the page shows. They are not legal advice.
